Description:
The Management Assistant is a critical support role that ensures the effective functioning of the CRFC. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Board of Directors, CEO and Senior Management Team, directly contributing to the CRFC’s strategic and operational success.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing the Management Teams schedule and administrative tasks, liaise with the Directors, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and facilitating communication and collaboration across departments. You will assist in preparing reports, organising events, and supporting key projects that align with the CRFC’s mission and supporting the local community.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic, administrative, and community-focused tasks. You will be instrumental in supporting the Leadership and Management Teams, assisting in project execution, and ensuring the CRFC’s mission is reflected in its operations and interactions both internally and externally.
