Role Overview:The Planning and Reliability Superintendent is a newly created role reporting directly to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Tritton and leading a team of 8 that provide crucial planning and reliability technical support to the Tritton operations. This role is a significant opportunity to focus on continuous improvement, equipment planning and shutdowns and identifying short and long term opportunities to improve availability and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee the development of short and medium term equipment asset strategies including maintenance and replacement plans (and associated KPI’s) that are consistent with long term plans to continuously improve HSE requirements, asset availability/productivity and reduce total lifecycle costs.Be the champion of the Tritton Work Management (Including all Pronto processes and Master data) and other Asset Management Framework standards and processes to ensure they are consistently applied and monitored across all areas.Implementing a systematic asset reliability framework including condition monitoring and root cause analysis that identifies improvement opportunities in plant and equipment availability and reliability.Facilitating problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis with engineers and maintainers to develop solutions for the elimination of failures.Co-ordinating the availability of Planning and Engineering staff to safely deliver targeted maintenance outcomes.Monitoring actual performance against plan and implementing corrective actions in problems of delivery, quality, scheduling, engineering and logistical requirements.Liaising with colleagues including production personnel in support of production plan implementation and in the development and implementation of new and improved methods of operation and use of equipment and materials.
