The Role | What You’ll Bring
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in aged care or a customer-focused industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
- Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health Social Science, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in operational management and service delivery within aged care or healthcare.
- Operational and Compliance Expertise: Extensive experience in change management, quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and the successful implementation of best practices in aged care or healthcare settings.
- Commitment to Culture and Values: Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Warrigal’s vision of supporting older people to feel valued, connected, and cared for.
