About the role

Are Media, Australia’s leading content creator, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Directories team. This role involves developing new business, managing client relationships, and reactivating lapsed accounts through targeted advertising solutions.

Duties

  • Source leads and secure new business with a high volume of outbound calls
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support revenue growth
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable advertising solutions across print and digital platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge to meet customer expectations

Skills and experience

  • Experience in outbound telephone sales
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Solid customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results
