With over 20 years of experience, Level Plumbing Tamworth provides servicing & maintenance to 100s of aerated water treatment systems around the Tamworth region.

We are seeking an AWTS Service Technician to service and maintain Aerated Water Treatment Systems in a variety of domestic and commercial settings. This role will suit someone with technical skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular maintenance and servicing of AWTS units
  • Troubleshooting and repairs
  • Performing routine inspections and adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations and proper system operation
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers about system performance and maintenance needs
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and service documentation accurately via our smartphone App

We provide a centralized base that handles all service/bookings for you so that you can concentrate on attending to the maintenance and installation needs of customers.


The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes:

  • Has a current Driver's Licence
  • Enjoys people
  • Takes pride in customer service
  • Demonstrates good communication skills
  • Has a commitment to follow the proven and successful Level Plumbing customer service model

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role as an AWTS service technician, or as a licensed Tradesperson. This role will suit those seeking a long-term role to retirement.

Training will be provided on the job, as well as by the product manufacturer.
