Join the Vinnies store in Maroubra, one of our flagship and busy stores, as full-time Store Manager with a passion for retail and customer service, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. You will have proven strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to inspire collaboration and positive in-store experience for our team, customers, donors and volunteers.
Your Responsibility
• Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
• Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
• Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
• Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
• Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
• Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
• Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
• Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.You Will Need
• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership skills; good fashion sense
• Strong focus on customer experience
• Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
• Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.Apply Now
