We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Sales Administration Assistant to join our team!
Your Role Day-to-Day (Responsibilities)
As a Administration Assistant at Supercar Holidays, you will be the strength of our brand, handling new and existing customers keeping them content and excited for their Supercar Holiday In this role, you will:
- Provide great customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve difficult situations
- Manage all enquiries: Incoming and outgoing phone calls, online enquiries, and email responses
- Manage new clients and sales: Manage the client accounts, booking and data. Collect data from other departments
- Drive Results/KPI's & Targets: Meet and exceed your daily and weekly tasks/targets.
- Report & Follow-Up: Keep track of your tasks in our simple CRM system. After each shift, update your daily report. Weekly task management meeting
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

- A skilled and experience candidate: 2+ years of experience in administration/office support
- Organisation on point: Proven organizational skills, phone handling, and computer skills
- Efficiency: Ability to work effectively, under deadlines and problem-solve
- People-Person: Charismatic, polite and well spoken – you genuinely enjoy talking to people from all walks of life and can make a connection within seconds. MUST be a solutions-focused problem-solver
- Communication Pro: Excellent communication and problem solving skills. You’re a keen listener who can tune into what customers want and provide a solution.
- Driven & Resilient: A self-motivated go-getter with confidence in spades. Consistently completing the daily tasks and looking for more to always be on top of their job!
- Influential & Passionate: You have a knack for persuasion and know how to gently influence others to see the value in our product and services. Your enthusiasm is contagious when you talk about our products.
- Quick Learner: Able to absorb training on product details and standard and put it into practice. You seek feedback actively and strive to improve every day.
- Team Player: Competitive but not cutthroat. You want to be the best, and you also cheer on your teammates and share tips. We have a “no ego” collaborative team ethos.
Bonus points if you have a passion for cars or travel! You’ll find it easy to get excited about the product. We are currently looking for 2 x Casual Customer sales administration assistants, with opportunity for a part time or full time role with successful progression.
