About the Role
We currently have opportunities for a Gaming Manager at our friendly venue Austral Hotel. As a Gaming Manager you will support the Venue Manager in Gaming operations. Our ideal candidate is looking to build a career in the hospitality industry and is passionate about people management and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
What you’ll need:
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
