About the Role
Due to increasing demand, we're looking for an experienced Buyers Agent—or a real estate professional ready to take the next step—to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Brisbane’s leading buyers agencies. You'll be supported with high-quality leads, proven systems, and comprehensive training and mentoring to help you excel in the role. We’re after someone dynamic, self-motivated, and driven to deliver exceptional outcomes. If you thrive on building genuine relationships and are passionate about property, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For
- A current Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate (essential)
- Previous real estate sales or buyers agency experience is essential
- A high level of professional integrity and attention to detail
- Excellent networking skills, ideally with established industry connections
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A genuine passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals
- Success-driven with a competitive edge and a collaborative mindset
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability to work Saturdays when required
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and networking to generate new business
- Responding to company-generated leads
- Signing and onboarding new clients
- Researching, sourcing, and shortlisting properties
- Maintaining and updating client and property databases
- Building strong relationships with sales agents to access off-market opportunities
- Managing client relationships and guiding them through the process
- Negotiating and securing successful purchases on behalf of clients
