We’re seeking a skilled Site or Project Engineer to join our team and support our first major project in the Bundaberg region. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project while also driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.You’ll work closely with our experienced team and senior leaders, gaining valuable experience while contributing to the long-term expansion of our presence in the area. About you
You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
key responsibilities will be:
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Cost management and reporting
- Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
- Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
- Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
