Your new role
The Estimator will play a crucial role in project planning and execution. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates using Builder Trend software, ensuring all projects are financially viable and completed within budget. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in estimating, preferably within the project homes sector.
- Proficiency in using Builder Trend software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
