About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join the team at our branch in Nundah. As a full-time Customer Service Manager, you will audit and oversee the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular audits of cleaning services to ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards.
- Identify and address any issues or imperfections in service delivery promptly and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and resolving concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage and coordinate a team of cleaning professionals to achieve consistent service excellence.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the cleaning team to uphold quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in an auditing or client-facing role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with job scheduling or customer relationship management software
- Strong geographical knowledge of Brisbane and outer suburbs
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
