About the role
We are seeking talented and aspiring bakers to join our team at Bakers Delight Yeronga & Mt Gravatt as Apprentice and Qualified Bakers. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and hands-on environment, contributing to the success of our thriving local bakeries.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and baking a variety of high-quality breads, pastries and other baked goods following traditional recipes and methods Ensuring all products meet the bakery's high standards for taste, presentation and food safety Assisting with inventory management, ordering and storage of ingredients Maintaining a clean and organised work environment Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their orders Participating in team training and development opportunitiesWhat we're looking for
A passion for baking and a keen interest in the art of bread and pastry making Previous experience as a baker or apprentice baker, or a strong desire to learn Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards Strong teamwork and communication skills A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment What we offer
