As we continue to grow in a highly needed advocacy space, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to work in our in-house sales department at our Gold Coast office.
Rebuild Relief is also launching new brands, and this role will provide an opportunity to play a key part in our future expansion, impacting thousands of customers across Australia. We were recently awarded Great Place to Work Certification!

How You Will Contribute to the Team
As an In-House Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential clients through inbound and outbound communication, building strong relationships and identifying their needs.
- Managing and updating the CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Following up on leads and enquiries to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Preparing and sending contracts, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
- Tracking sales performance metrics and assisting in forecasting and reporting.
- Assisting with sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with sales procedures and company policies throughout the sales process.
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes (preferred)
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or admin support
