About The Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Business Development Managers and Estimators in preparing high-quality, on-time tender proposals and quotations. Working within our Transport & Infrastructure – Thin Surfacing division, you’ll be instrumental in driving success by ensuring our bid documents are polished, persuasive, and strategically aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of winning tenders and proposalsWork closely with internal teams to gather and structure bid contentMaintain and develop a library of bid content, case studies, and marketing materialsCoordinate approval processes and ensure seamless communication between stakeholdersSupport business unit marketing activities, including online presence updatesLiaise with clients when required to manage bid-related documents
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in civil infrastructure A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, or Civil EngineeringStrong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, and document management systems like SharePointAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressureA team player with a passion for the industry and a drive to win bidsEstimating experience (or a willingness to learn!)
