We are excited to be looking for an eCommerce Coordinator or Specialist to join the growing team at Adorne. Working as part of a small but mighty marketing team you will play the key role in managing and optimising our online stores (B2C & B2B). You will be data driven with an eye for detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.

About the role

  • Manage product listings/merchandising across all websites (Shopify and Max Commerce), ensuring accurate descriptions, images and pricing
  • Ensure accurate categorisation of products and tags for optimised navigation and functionality
  • Ensure all digital assets (banners, product images, descriptions) are updated in line with planned promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor site performance, content accuracy and overall customer experience
  • Assist in implementing SEO best practices to boost organic search visibility and traffic
  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance website performance through CRO
  • Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers for website optimisation, functionality, speed and design
  • Monitor ecommerce trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and regularly check all sites for issues to maintain a smooth customer experience
  • Work closely with inventory and marketing team to ensure product availability and alignment
  • Reporting – analyse and report on key ecommerce metrics and campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 years in eCommerce role preferably within fashion or beauty
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Shopify
  • Copywriting skills will be highly regarded
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, UX/UI and A/B testing
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Keen eye for visual merchandising and product photography
  • Commercially minded and strong awareness of competitor activity
  • Passion for fashion and interest in fashion industry trends and customer behaviour
