Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude and excellent data entry skills to join our Information Management division as an Data Processing Officer on a part time basis. This is a hands-on role working in our Grace information management Bundaberg Branch and warehouse facility.
This role will require someone who is comfortable performing repetitive work and will require some clerical and manual labour tasks will be involved including:
Cataloguing and file registration experience - desirable Returning files to their original locations within the warehouse Records management Experience – desirable Previous Imaging experience - desirable Sorting of documentation Preparation of documentation for data entry and or reshelvingExcel skills Be hard working and reliable Physically fit – lifting of boxes Flexibility with work hours Work well under pressure Be a team player
