Provide high level process and advisory support for the People Department Operations team
About the Role
The People Support Team are our engine room of People operations. The People Support Specialist will enhance the employee experience through the delivery of exceptional service and support to employees and People Leaders. Provide subject matter expertise and specialised knowledge and techniques to resolve people and workplace related queries and situations.
About the role

Oversee the daily core workflow of the People Support Team to enhance the overall employee experience

Coach and guide People Leaders and employees on basic people related matters and processes including, performance management, absenteeism, interpretation of the RBA Enterprise Agreement, interpretation of internal policies and procedures, triaging queries with specialist People team members, ensuring data privacy, and security of information

Lead, plan and direct all aspects of work for People Support projects

Complete reporting obligations for the People Department

Proactively, identify and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of People related policies, systems and processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and the integrity of information

Experience in systems and process transformation, with proven ability to co-ordinate and execute People projects

Be the escalation point for the team, direct and guide the work as appropriate
About you

Experience in providing advice and operational support for People processes, including the administration of People policies and procedures, with a general understanding of People/HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
