What are the Jobs

Head Chef/Sous Chefs/ Chef de Parties and Solo chefs needed.

Bulk Cooking/Mine Sites.
• Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people.
• Rotations of 2:1 or 3:1.
• Breakfast/Crib and Dinner
• Starting as soon as possible..
• Ongoing jobs after successful completion

• White Cards and Medicals can be advantageous.

Hotels/Pub/Resorts.

• Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people.

• A la Carte style food.

• Lunch and Dinner

• Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.

• Ongoing jobs after successful completion

Resorts.

• Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.

• Fine Dining/ Upmarket Resort

• Lunch and Dinner

• Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.

• Ongoing jobs after successful completion

Hotels/Pubs/Resorts

• Solo and Senior Chef roles

• A la Carte style food.

• Split shifts

• 4+ week ongoing contracts

• Contracts year round

Do you measure up?

Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills

• Have a valid Food Safety Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

• Can produce consistent quality

• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude

• Own traditional uniform and knives

• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking

• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail

• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions

• Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.

• Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.

• White Card advantageous for the bulk cooking sites.

In return will make sure you receive:

• Transport to and from the Venue at the successful beginning & end of the contract

• Suitable single accommodation

• Meals while on shift

• PAID FOR EVERY HOUR YOU WORK… no salary position that pays minimal for crazy hours. Get paid for all your crazy hours.

Yes you read correctly…..you will be paid for each & every hour that you work.
