The Role:
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from feasibility through to procurement, construction, and handover. You’ll work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
Who We’re Looking For :
Experience managing commercial, institutional, or high-end construction projects—either contractor-side or already in a client-side role.Strong understanding of cost control, risk management, and value engineering.A proactive leader who can navigate challenges and drive projects to success.Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to engage with contractors, consultants, and community representatives.Passionate about delivering projects that enhance communities and leave a lasting legacy.
