Key responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues
- Maintaining a neat, organized, and well-stocked retail space
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receiving and processing inventory deliveries, ensuring proper storage and organization in the warehouse
- Assisting with the delivery of products to customers as required
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the electrical or home appliances industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- A positive and professional attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company
- A valid driver's license and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items
