Dental Receptionist - Full Time and Dental Assistant - Part Time.
Candidates for the Dental Receptionist role will possess:
- Superior patient care and customer service delivery at all times
- Experienced in multi-tasking and managing Front office duties in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to keep calm and professional always in a fast-paced environment
- Mature outlook and the commitment to support the practice and the team at all times
- Superior level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times
- Reliable and punctual in attendance always and willingness to cover in times required
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone
- Experience and proven ability in working within a team environment for positive outcomes
- Ability to take direction and feedback for positive and productive outcome
Candidates for the Dental Assistant role will possess:
- Experience with chairside assistance and set up of dental procedures and materials required
- Experienced working within a fast-paced dental practice
- Experienced with ADA Infection control procedures and protocols
- Ability to take direction and feedback for positive and productive outcome
- Mature outlook and the commitment to support the practice and the team at all times
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police clearance
- Experience using Dental Software D4W or Similar
- Cert III in Dental assisting advantageous
Flexibility to be able to work Monday to Fridays.
