The Job description
We are looking for an Epoxy Flooring Applicator to join and grow within our team.
If you have experience in epoxy flooring systems, trowel work, coving, concrete grinding, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting or similar you will be highly considered for this role.
The Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a key part of our team.
- Epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems.
- Protective coatings.
- Concrete remediation and repairs.
- Concrete grinding and preparation.
- Assisting with general duties as required.
- Residential, commercial and industrial.
The Requirements:

- Flooring experience or within a similar industry.
- A positive individual that takes pride in what they do.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Well presented.
- A person who is willing to grow within our team.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment and individually.
- Drivers license.
The right candidate will receive:
- Full time or casual position.
- $35 - $40/hour (negotiable depending on experience).
- Annual leave, sick leave and superannuation.
