Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves contributing to project planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and alignment with business objectives.Ensure effective project monitoring and control processes, change control, risk management and quality processes are employed and maintained.Prepare Business Cases with cost/benefit, impact and risk analysis.Establish and maintain project governance to ensure project accountability and transparency.Conduct quality assurance reviews and adjust project plans as needed to ensure project outcomes align with business goals.
