This position is within our fast-paced Service Department and is responsible for high volume, inbound and outbound front desk duties, and a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, booking in customer service and repairs as well as carrying out various reception and clerical duties associated with the mechanical service department.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are completely satisfied with a seamless experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for services rendered, including processing payments and handling any warranty-related claims
- Accepting and arranging appointments for Customers in a manner that best suits the Customers timeframe and the companies scheduling protocols
The ideal applicant will be someone who:
- Is highly organised.
- Has excellent computer skills.
- Has well-developed communication skills.
- Works collaboratively with others.
- Displays personal drive and integrity and achieves results
- Has current NT driver's license and ability to pass a criminal history check are requirements of this role.
