Role Summary:
DevelopmentWA are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Strategy Analyst to undertake property and land research, perform property market analysis and advise on strategic trends and directions to our Executive and Board.
This role works closely with the Program Strategy Manager and across the business to undertake property sector and project reviews, complete technical analysis and provide strategic program planning.
The position provides advice on land supply by monitoring business performance, industry sector projects across the State (public and private) and Federal, State and Local Government policies.
Collaboration and building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships is required.
About you:
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyse and present complex information.
- An understanding of market trends in the land and built-form development industry.
- Ability to problem solve and think strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal staff and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and influence all levels of the organisation.
- A relevant qualification is desirable.
