A Little About The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team based in Perth on a full-time basis.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale, with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
- Driving lead generation efforts and optimising campaigns to meet lead goals and targets.
- Conducting detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation and creative targeting.
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with positioning and long-term business objectives.
- Assisting with lead processing for targeted digital programs.
- Supporting content creation to craft a dynamic, engaging, and authentic brand experience.
- Continuously optimising performance through analytics and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
A Little About You
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, and analytical, with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.
You will need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, software, or industrial sectors (experience in mining is a plus but not essential).
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Google campaigns.
- Proficiency in lead scoring and nurturing techniques to optimise conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and link marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Practical experience with digital marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Drift), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
