Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/04/2026.

Position Profile: The Information and System Performance Directorate (ISPD) in the Department of Health is seeking an experienced person for role of Senior Request Coordinator within the ISPD Client Services team. As Senior Request Coordinator you will:
  • Lead liaison and coordination of complex requests for the provision of data through the request pipeline to provide stakeholders timely access to valuable WA Health data.
  • Provide project coordination support throughout the request pipeline collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including data engineers, data analysts, and data custodians.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and implement procedures, policies and materials relating to the data provision process.
  • Play a key role in strategically building and developing the Client Services portfolio, with a focus on efficiently managing data request processes.
  • Build and develop your knowledge about data and information management and capabilities, including the fast-growing field of linked data and data linkage services.
Please note, this is a project coordination role, it is not a technical role; a background in data engineering, software applications, or ICT is not required or necessary for the role.
