TEN Recruitment is on the hunt for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established and highly awarded residential builder. Known for delivering quality low-rise and medium-density projects, this is your chance to take ownership of townhouse and unit developments across Perth’s northern suburbs.
About the Role:
Run the day-to-day site operations, keeping projects moving and on schedule.Supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring high standards are met.Keep safety top of mind—conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and enforce WHS protocols.Communicate effectively with the office team, clients, and external consultants.Monitor site progress, flag issues early, and work closely with the Construction Manager.
What You’ll Bring:
Solid background supervising residential or medium-density builds in WA.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.Good knowledge of WA building codes, standards, and safety requirements.Confident communicator with excellent time management skills.Must have full Australian work rights and Perth-based experience.
