About the role:
BLUETIP have an opportunity for Mechanical Fitters to join our team supporting new and established client operations across Australia.
Primary works are related to marine terminals and wharf/jetty infrastructures. The work scopes are ongoing maintenance, shutdowns and/or project specific.
The Mechanical Fitter position applies to various locations across Australia with an increased demand in Darwin, Northern Territory.
- Roster: 2:1 with options for flexibility.
- Point of Hire: All Australian capital cities
- Mobilization: Immediate
- Duration: Ongoing
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- Australian recognized trade certificate
- Working Rights within Australia (Australian passport or suitable visa)
- High risk work licenses highly desirable (working at heights, confined spaces, EWP)
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Driver’s license
- Dedication to safety
- Team player able to show initiative
