The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and talented Barber to join our team. This role offers an ideal combination of skill development, client interaction, and a unique location to call your workplace. This is a permanent full time role (38 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-quality haircuts, specializing in popular styles, particularly men’s fade cuts and beard design
· Perform precision razor shaves, beard, and moustache styling
· Handle bookings, and maintain an organized appointment schedule
· Build and maintain a loyal clientele, providing expert advice to help clients achieve their best look
· Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience for all clients
· Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Barber or Hairdresser
· Proficient in modern men’s haircut styles, especially fade haircuts and beard designs
· Strong customer service skills, with an approachable, professional demeanor
· Fluent in English with effective oral communication skills
· Availability to work weekends (required)
· Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking without compromising quality
· Organisational skills for booking management and client interaction
