Join Our Brand New EPC Project Team as our Project HR Manager!Are you an experienced Project HR Manager with a proven track record in Joint Ventures and working within an EPC(M) environment? Do you excel in all phases of project startup, people and process management, and making sure that everything gets done? Senior Resource with 20+ experience either directly for clients or on major EPCM programs/projects. Major resources client experiences will be an advantage.
Responsible for all facets of HR across the project including:
• Support for recruitment and workforce planning across the program
• Support to leadership in all HR matters
• HR strategy for the program
• Design relevant HR processes for the project
• Influencing and managing the client
• Producing all client deliverables
