About the role
We are recruiting a Principal Advisor Planning and Reporting, to help deliver the company's annual plan, collaborate with senior leaders, and provide strategic analysis. The role involves turning financial data into clear presentations that support executive decision-making.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team.
Reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting, you will be responsible for:

Playing a key role in supporting the development and execution of the company's annual financial plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.

Partnering with senior executives to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that support business growth and performance.

Through financial analysis, identify key trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
-
Through the development of clear, concise and insightful presentations, effectively communicate financial performance, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities.
What you'll bring

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-
Ideally 10+ years of experience in a senior finance or analytical role.
-
Proven track record of working in financial planning and reporting or project management in a complex business environment.
-
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to senior leaders.
-
High level of analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on driving business performance.
-
Works effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to achieve common goals
It would also be beneficial if you possess an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
