Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our growing team at Gino’s Panel & Paint in South Fremantle. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in payroll, accounts, and invoicing, along with ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements set by the government.
The ideal candidate should showcase expertise in working effectively with a diverse range of staff, display exceptional focus on accuracy, and maintain strict adherence to the highest levels of confidentiality.
This role will involve:
- Managing fortnightly payroll and associated functions for 40 plus staff
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, execute EOFY tasks, and submit BAS
- Assisting staff on Visa’s with associated enquiries and administrative requirements
- Ensuring the organisation complies with necessary tax, permit and licencing requirements
- Ensuring effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal skills:
- Formal qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Payroll or a related field or equivalent experience
- Skilled to formulate strategies and exerting influence to facilitate continuous improvement
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and attentive listening skills
- Diverse stakeholder management skills
- A right to work in Australia
We can offer flexibility in hours, with a starting salary of $90,000 per annum, plus Superannuation (40 hour week).
