Current Opportunities
Diploma-Qualified Educator
As a Diploma-Qualified Educator, you will:
- Design and implement engaging play-based learning experiences.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe environment for children.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Bring positivity, professionalism, and a nurturing approach to every interaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Passion for play-based, child-led learning.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Certificate III Educator
As a Certificate III Educator, you will:
- Support the delivery of enriching, age-appropriate activities.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued.
- Work closely with the team to implement engaging learning experiences.
- Assist in planning and documenting children’s learning and development.
- Bring enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism to your daily work.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early childhood setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and learning.
- Full working rights in Australia.
