The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (full-time & part-time) to join our Perth office. In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling inbound inquiries.
- Offer appropriate solutions based on our range of language services.
- Accurately capture client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their service needs.
- Work towards personal and team targets while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Be available for shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center.
- A passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients.
- A friendly, professional, and personable phone manner.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience using multiple software platforms and CRM systems.
