We’re here to create a modern sauna culture where warmth and conversation take center stage and we’re looking for a Venue Manager to run our Fremantle location.

What You’ll Do
Lead and Support Your Team – Oversee, train, and motivate staff to provide the best experience possible.
Manage Daily Operations – Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and running efficiently.
Be a Familiar, Friendly Face – Build relationships with members, encourage social interaction, and help grow our community.
Coordinate Rosters & Scheduling – Ensure we’re staffed appropriately for peak times while maintaining a great team culture.
Drive Memberships & Engagement – Encourage bookings, membership sign-ups, and repeat visits.
Handle In-Person Enquiries & Customer Concerns – Resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Collaborate on Events & Partnerships – Help plan activities that bring our community together.
