The role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential General Manager (with AHPRA – RN registration) to lead the team at James Milson Village, North Sydney.
You will be responsible for the effective leadership and operation of a residential aged care home of 109 residents.
Deliver excellence in aged care and motivate a diverse team to deliver high quality care at James Milson Village and manage all aspects of operations of the home.
Who we are looking for:
- Essential: Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Experience managing high performing teams and maintaining clinical standards
- A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of our residents
- Proven competency in strategic and innovative thinking, shaping operational planning.
