Description
The Role
As our Talent & People Partner, you will play a crucial role in the People team with responsibility for handling recruitment end2end for the organisation coupled with supporting leaders with performance management, employee relations, and other related People advisory challenges.
In this unique role you'll have the chance to work on diverse initiatives that will allow you to not only draw on your TA expertise but continue to broaden your career as a People professional. You'll be responsible for:
- Recruiting across a diverse range of skills – anything from volume operational positions to specialised corporate and technology roles.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure they have the resources they need – when they need them
- Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers and work closely with our People Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Act as an advisor and coach to managers across the breadth of the people lifecycle - anything from policy guidance, change management, goal setting, performance management or disciplinary meetings
- Lead or participate in projects with both your business stakeholders and the People team design to improve our employee experience and uplift organisational performance
What you'll bring to the team
- Proven experience in a similar recruiting role within a large-scale operations or technology-related company.
- Experience coaching and advising operational leaders on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations issues including policy and legal interpretation
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment methods for both blue and white-collar roles.
- Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with both senior leaders and operational teams.
- Expertise in using technology to improve candidate experience and process efficiency.
- Proficiency in the M365 suite of solutions, including creating and delivering impactful communications and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
