Our Customer Operations Team is on the search for an AWS Connect Support lead to assist in the successful planning, execution, and optimization of AWS Connect solution. In conjunction with the AWS Project team deliver and maintain the platform to ensure it meets the ongoing business and customer needs.


Skills And Experiences

What you'll do in this role:

  • Evaluate our existing infrastructure and applications to determine the best data migration approach and strategies
  • Plan, assist, and support the on-going migration of legacy emails and cases from our old system, onto AWS Connect
  • Building, testing and deploying new features in AWS Connect such as Voice, Chat, Email and Cases
  • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot any activities during the migration process
  • Collaborate with the wider AWS Project Team and Customer Operations Team to ensure solutions and best practices are implemented smoothly

What we love to see:

  • Proven experience building AWS Connect Instances in Voice, Chat, Email and Cases
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or Bash
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and processes.
