VincentCare is a leading community-focused organisation dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. We are committed to providing client-centred services that foster inclusion, dignity, and positive outcomes.
Our aspiration is to be the leader in providing care, hope and advocacy for those facing disadvantage. Our purpose is to create opportunities and lasting change for the most marginalised. VincentCare is well equipped to provide a continuum of services that effectively meet the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our values—Courage, Leadership, Accountability, Compassion, Excellence, and Dignity—drive everything we do.
VincentCare Victoria is looking for an Intensive Case Manager to join our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing intensive case management with a small caseload, supporting clients to secure and maintain stable housing.
- Using a trauma-informed approach to help clients develop life skills, improve well-being, and foster social inclusion.
- Working in an outreach capacity, meeting clients in the community.

- Strong understanding of case management, risk assessment, and trauma-informed practice.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural awareness and ability to provide culturally safe support, particularly for First Nations clients .
Why Join VincentCare?
- Salary packaging, sometimes called salary sacrificing is a huge attraction here! It is a popular way of providing employees in the community sector with tax benefits over and above their salary. It means the real value of a salary package can be significantly higher than the nominal value.
- We are committed to professional development to make sure that your career keeps growing while you're working with us.
- We offer a place where you know you are contributing to an organisation committed to helping others. We are passionate about #Social Justice.
- Purpose-driven work that directly supports vulnerable individuals.
