IntroductionPrimary Function
We are seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator / Web Producer with over 2 + years of experience to implement and manage our incoming projects, campaigns, and product launches on the clients’ websites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead incoming projects, campaigns, and product launches, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions regarding project planning and overall direction.
- Scope and define project and campaign requirements in partnership with clients to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Plan and execute the delivery of campaigns, coordinating with the SEO, WebOps and Account Management team on copy and asset.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers to implement and refine digital strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with both internal and external clients to plan and schedule work while effectively resolving bugs and other roadblocks.
- Build and manage strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leaders, team leads, and middle management.
- Facilitate discussions with clients to confirm project requirements, scope, and strategies, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead training initiatives for team members on platforms and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or marketing environment
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential
- eCommerce and Electronics experience is highly regarded
- Demonstrated understanding of current web technologies and associated issues such as HTML
- A solid understanding of web usability and information architecture, including a knowledge of wireframes, mock-ups and prototyping (UI & IA Design)
- Experience in designing solutions and delivering relevant, accurate digital specifications such as wireframes, site maps and content design
