Realising Every Dream Ltd. (REDinc) are on the lookout for two (2) exceptional support worker to join the team in Accommodation or Supported Living in our Casino site . Residential Support Worker (casual) – Casino sites.
If you love flexibility and are happy to fulfil shifts across a variety of days/hours, this is the role for you! This is a great opportunity to work within the team at our Casino and Lismore Accommodation sites to support participants to engage in a broad range of activities. Previous experience working with high needs clients with disabilities will be highly regarded.

These roles require some manual handling and either experience with, or willingness to undertake personal care. This may include assistance with personal grooming, toileting, bathing and dressing.
What do you need?
- A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and a working knowledge of the NDIS Disability Service Standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and develop rapport
- At a minimum, a Certificate III in Individual Support / Community Services or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a cohesive, multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience following Behaviour Support Plans, or effectively managing behaviours of concern
- The ability to maintain the dignity and confidentiality of the people who access our services.
- Current, unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and good driving record
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Workers Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster)
- Previous experience in crisis management or Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TC) training will be highly regarded
