The Manager, Partnerships and Programs is responsible for leading the Community Housing team, supporting relationship and contract management, liaison, performance monitoring and delivery of projects and commitments.
Engaging with leaders and staff across the SA Housing Trust, the community housing sector and other government departments, the role provides expert advice and leadership to support a robust community housing sector and facilitate best practice partnership approaches in line with our strategic ambitions. The role is also responsible for contract management and associated audit functions to protect the interest of the Trust and advancing relationships with community housing providers.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Role Status
Long term opportunity up to 23 April 2027.
Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in Law, Contract Management or Business Management.
Desirable - Qualifications in partnerships development or brokerage.
Remuneration
$108,109 - $116,864 (ASO7)
