We are thrilled to introduce our latest acquisition—an all-ages rental community—and we’re looking for a dedicated Park Manager & Groundskeeper to oversee the operations and upkeep of this exciting new location.

About the Role:
As the Park Manager & Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for:
Grounds & Maintenance
- Establishing and maintaining gardens, lawns, and irrigation
- Conducting general repairs, minor painting, and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring the cleanliness of common areas (high-pressure washing, rubbish removal)
- Conducting daily inspections and addressing maintenance issues
Resident & Community Engagement
- Building strong relationships with residents and ensuring their needs are met
- Organising social activities to create a connected community
- Partnering with local businesses and community groups
Operational & Financial Management
- Overseeing daily park operations and ensuring a smooth-running community
- Managing budgets, financial targets, and profit & loss reporting
- Implementing effective financial controls
Compliance & Safety
- Maintaining workplace health & safety standards
- Reporting incidents, risks, or hazards
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
About You:
We’re looking for someone who has:
✔ Experience in property, real estate, hospitality, or aged care management
✔ Groundskeeping, gardening, or general maintenance experience
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
✔ Financial acumen with experience managing budgets
✔ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and resident needs
✔ Knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations
