About our Opportunity:
Our administrators are the backbone of our operations, and this role will be critical in providing ongoing support to our site-based team at Burton Mine. Your extensive administration experience will build and develop the organisational support network within the company and assist the LMP Site Supervisor with all administrative tasks involved with the day-to-day site operations. About the Role :
• Roster 4/3.
• Start in April 2025.
• Minimum 2 weeks site training provided.
• DIDO with camp accommodation provided if required.
• Coordinate accommodation, and site access/inductions for multiple crews.
• Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support material.
• Client Engagement – ensuring client satisfaction with clear communication and reporting.
• Team coordination – work closely with site supervisors, field staff and our operations administrators to ensure a successful and efficient workflow.
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative office tasks, uniform distribution, and stationery ordering.
• Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
• Data entry – Training documents, time sheets, compliance CMS.
• Produce company reports for site Health & Safety Department.
• Payroll administration support including collating timesheets.
• Managing files & document control.
• Enthusiastically and co-operatively undertake all site inductions as requested by the client.
• Leave and Roster Management.
• Proactively and continuously monitor and evaluate systems and procedures specific to site works to ensure that they are up to date, compliant and in line with best practice.
• Portray a professional approach at all times through attitude and appearance.
• Ensure that workspace is well managed, tidy, organised and safe.
• Comply with all systems and processes and expected behaviours and standards.
• Reporting to: Site Supervisor.
About You :
The successful applicant will have the following key skills and attributes:
• Ideally minimum of 2 years’ experience in equivalent Administrative roles
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and MS Word
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables and work efficiencies
• Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Valid Driver’s Licence
