Due to a continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a top talent Work Coordinator/Estimator - BMS to work out of our Melbourne or Perth office. You’ll build long lasting relationships with our customers by using your skills to diagnose faults and provide solutions!
Description
About the Role:
- As a BMS Estimator and Work Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the organisational delivery of tenders, proposals and service delivery.
- Prepare quotes and estimated for BMS teams derived from defects identified from either preventative or corrective maintenance activities or any required quotes works.
- Coordinate work order management for the BMS teams
- Raising work orders in accordance with the work order type, priority, and other specific details or instructions provided
- Daily allocation of resources to work orders and follow up with internal and external resources to confirm status of works in progress
- Providing daily updates to clients regarding the status of their work requests, or changes to their work requests
Skills And Experiences
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors of Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience working within the HVAC & BMS Industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of standard works within the HVAC and BMS Industry
- Experience working within the Service Industry
- Experience in a fast paced, team environment
- Advanced level of capability with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), and with databases
