MYER is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the digital marketing team to drive both online and in‐store traffic, revenue, profit, and customer acquisition utilising paid media. You will be assisting with the ongoing management of paid media channels (paid search, social), campaign and calendar alignment, as well as ongoing reporting and analysis.
About the Role:
- Assist in driving a best-in-class in-house approach to Paid Search (SEM) and Paid Social as a key driver of MYER’s ecommerce performance.
- Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in daily management of accounts including budget pacing and forecasting, bid management & ad copy/creative creation & management
- Coordinate with digital media, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align, brief and implement paid search and social activity in-line with overarching business messaging and performance objectives.
- Contribute to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specifications, and messaging.
- Deliver internal reporting and analysis of paid media channels as necessary.
- Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to drive business understanding of paid media channels and optimise ways of working.
About You:
- Demonstrable hands-on experience working within paid search, managing campaigns within Google Ads or SA360
- Experience with managing Paid Social campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager – desirable.
- An understanding of digital marketing tracking, measurement and reporting, ideally through both Google Analytics and key ad platforms
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Highly analytical, numerate, and driven by data; always asking ‘why’ and looking to test and learn.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity of communication in operational requirements and ways of working with key stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and motivated, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Interested in paid media/advertising and keeps updated on market trends
- Agency experience (particularly on retail/ecommerce clients) is desirable, but not essential.
