We are searching for a seasoned retail leader with a strong track record in multi-site management. You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a passion for retail, sales, and motivating teams to achieve excellence. You’re not just managing stores – you’re shaping success.
You are:
- Evidently experienced in multi-site retail management, ideally within the Outdoor, Lifestyle, or Retail sector.
- A results-driven leader with a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- A sales strategist, skilled in analysing sales data to identify trends, optimise performance, and drive consistent results across multiple locations.
- A proactive problem solver, able to adapt to fast-changing environments while maintaining operational excellence.
- A strong communicator, fostering collaboration between stores, senior management, and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
- Highly organised and hands-on, with the ability to balance performance with compliance while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Willing to travel frequently across SEQ to engage with teams and maximise store success.
The Role:
As our SEQ Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing store operations, leading sales teams, and driving business growth across multiple locations.
Your mission:
- Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to optimise performance and enhance customer experiences.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring all stores align with company standards and best practices.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing strategies to maximise revenue and achieve regional targets.
- Identify local business opportunities to attract new customers, enhance brand visibility, and increase store traffic.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, and onboarding, ensuring each store has the right team in place to succeed.
- Develop and implement staff development and retention plans, fostering career growth and creating a supportive environment to retain top talent.
- Ensure WHS compliance and workplace safety, maintaining a secure and positive environment for all staff.
- Work closely with the National Management Team, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth and profitability.
