We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow, you’ll fit right in.
This role is all about precision, teamwork, and delivering quality. You’ll be working on our semi-automated powder coating production line, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Powder Coating Operations – Operate and maintain the powder coating spray booth, ensuring high-quality finishes on all products.
- Quality Control – Pay close attention to detail to ensure all products meet Criterion’s stringent quality standards.
- Health & Safety – Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to safety breaches and follow all safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with your team to meet production targets and support operational performance.
- Workspace Maintenance – Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
- Documentation – Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
